Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, and nail services
- Recommend suitable treatments and products based on clients' skin type and beauty goals
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas
- Keep accurate client records and treatment histories
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with other staff members
- Assist with inventory management of beauty products and supplies
Kualifikasi
- Certification in beauty therapy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional beauty therapy experience
- Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Valid professional licenses and certifications as required by Singapore regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
