Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional aesthetic treatments with precision and adherence to clinical safety protocols.
- Provide comprehensive skin analysis and customized treatment recommendations for clients.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a premium experience for every guest.
- Manage booking schedules and maintain accurate, confidential client records.
- Upsell relevant skincare products and treatment packages based on client needs.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry.
- Recognized certifications in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NITEC, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and modern aesthetic technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for client communication.
