Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to recommend suitable products based on client needs and preferences
- Execute product demonstrations and application techniques to showcase product efficacy
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-promotional strategies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in beauty/cosmetics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for beauty products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for sales transactions
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
