In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers achieve their beauty goals by providing personalized consultations and expert product recommendations.
We believe that beauty is a journey, and as a Beauty Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through their skin health transformation. You will utilize your knowledge to perform skin checks, educate clients on product benefits, and create a welcoming retail environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional skin analysis for customers to identify individual skin concerns.
- Provide expert advice and personalized beauty routines based on skin check results.
- Actively engage with store visitors to build brand loyalty and long-term customer relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing product display area.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product launches, and skincare science.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong interest and knowledge in skincare products and beauty trends.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
