Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers to identify their specific skin and makeup needs.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and provide expert advice on skincare routines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage stock levels, ensure product displays are neat and visually appealing, and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all products in our catalog to provide accurate information to clients.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve the in-store shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Passionate about beauty trends, skincare routines, and makeup application.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
