Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain product displays
- Actively participate in product training and certification programs

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty/cosmetology degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty products and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
