Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, ingredients, and beauty trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Ensure the beauty counter and store displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale operations with efficiency.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with promotional in-store events.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and a genuine passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and general computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
