Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing retail counter environment.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, skincare ingredients, and product launches.
- Demonstrate product application techniques to clients to showcase features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/non-cash payments.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and performing regular stock checks.
- Build long-term customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty and repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or cosmetics is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and high personal hygiene standards.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
