Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Execute engaging product demonstrations and makeup application sessions
- Drive sales achievement through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product innovations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU); diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in beauty, fitness, or makeup industry
- Strong product knowledge and beauty application skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and passion for beauty industry
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
