Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations to mall customers
- Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-promoting beauty products
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and wellness product lines
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-up services
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and beauty counters are impeccably maintained
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school (SMU) diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in beauty, fitness, or makeup retail
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
