Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty consultations to customers, recommending products based on their specific skin type and aesthetic preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and suggestive selling techniques.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store, ensuring all displays are neat, clean, and attractively arranged.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment of stocks and conducting regular stock counts.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company operational policies and hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics with a willingness to learn about new ingredients and formulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
