Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
- Demonstrate product application techniques to ensure customers understand the benefits of our range.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing store environment consistent with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and participating in regular stock takes.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, ingredients, and new product launches to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and willing to learn about product ingredients and formulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adhere to a professional dress code.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated to hit individual and team sales goals.
