You will be responsible for understanding our clients' unique aesthetic needs, recommending tailored beauty solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty consultations to clients, identifying their specific skincare and aesthetic needs.
- Recommend appropriate beauty products and treatment programs to achieve client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand image.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Accurately manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain detailed client records.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum educational background: High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Passionate about the beauty, skincare, and aesthetics industry.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Target-oriented and motivated to grow within a competitive retail environment.
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
