Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional makeup and skincare consultations to customers.
- Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets set by the store manager.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge regarding Focallure product lines.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment of display items.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, specifically in beauty or cosmetics, is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with current makeup trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Bandung.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
