Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty consultations to clients, recommending products and treatments tailored to their specific needs.
- Drive store sales performance by actively engaging with customers and achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display within the outlet.
- Educate clients on the latest beauty trends, treatment protocols, and skincare routines.
- Manage client appointments and ensure a seamless service experience from arrival to departure.
- Keep accurate records of client history and product preferences to foster long-term loyalty.
- Participate in regular product and service training to stay updated with Euromedica's offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid professional experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry.
- Deep passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry with a polished, professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or clinic environment.
- Ability to work professionally within the Gajah Mada Plaza location and accommodate shift schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for POS or client booking management.
