- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to mall customers
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and beauty tutorials for diverse clientele
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment procedures
- Maintain client relationships through follow-up appointments and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with store team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU), diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in beauty, fitness, makeup, or retail cosmetics
- Expert knowledge of skincare ingredients, cosmetic formulations, and application techniques
- Proven track record in retail sales and customer relationship management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
