PT Mulia Cemerlang Dian Persada is seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Beauty Advisor to join our team representing Rabbit Habit. We are looking for an individual who is not just a consultant, but a brand ambassador capable of providing exceptional service and driving sales excellence in our Jakarta Selatan and Tangerang locations.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, helping clients navigate our premium cosmetics range and ensuring they find products that perfectly suit their needs. If you have a proven track record in beauty retail, a flair for customer engagement, and a strong desire to exceed sales targets, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty consultations, product recommendations, and personalized make-up demonstrations to customers.
- Actively engage with store visitors to build rapport and drive brand loyalty for Rabbit Habit.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly personal and store sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, product display, and inventory cleanliness.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and provide accurate processing for all customer purchases.
- Participate in regular brand training to stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
- Compile daily and weekly sales reports for store management.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum 30 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a relevant cosmetics retail role.
- Deep understanding of makeup application, skincare routines, and current beauty market trends.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and target-oriented work ethics.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric and outgoing personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and high professional standards.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, in Jakarta Selatan or Tangerang.
