Akasha Wira International, the home of the prestigious Makarizo brand, is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Beauty Advisor to join our team in Tegal/Purwokerto. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the best professional hair care solutions tailored to their needs.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and brand loyalty. You will provide expert product consultations, demonstrate product usage, and ensure our retail presence remains pristine. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional consultations to customers regarding Makarizo hair care products.
- Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on proper application techniques.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display at the assigned outlet.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales and customer feedback reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Passionate about the beauty and hair care industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Willing to be placed in Tegal or Purwokerto.
