Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty advice and personalized product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all brands and products carried within the multibrand store.
- Achieve daily and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and provide professional makeup or skincare demonstrations.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure shelves are well-stocked, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Assist in visual merchandising activities to ensure an appealing store layout.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or in the beauty retail industry is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
