Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional consultations to clients to determine their specific skin and beauty needs.
- Recommend appropriate products and clinical services to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness in accordance with company protocols.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends, product knowledge, and treatment technologies.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 4 years of solid work experience in beauty, fitness, wellness, or retail industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong consultative sales ability with a track record of hitting performance KPIs.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and high enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work in a retail environment, including weekends and shifts as required.
- Strong computer literacy for managing client records and sales transactions.
