Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional skincare and beauty consultations to clients, recommending products that align with their specific goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and demonstrating our premium beauty product range.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising to ensure the store environment is attractive and inviting.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends, product ingredients, and aesthetic treatment offerings to provide expert advice.
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily store administrative duties.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, or in the retail/travel retail beauty sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with diverse customers.
- Deep passion for the beauty and wellness industry with an eagerness to continuously learn.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, customer-first service attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle shifts professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales systems/POS.
