In this role, you will be the face of world-class beauty brands, providing personalized consultations and an unparalleled shopping experience to our discerning clientele.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty consultations, product recommendations, and makeup application services to clients.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current product lines, ingredients, and luxury beauty trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of store cleanliness, stock display, and visual merchandising are met daily.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through CRM systems and follow-ups.
- Process transactions accurately and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Represent the brand with professional poise, immaculate grooming, and a positive, helpful demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant certification in makeup or aesthetics is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or high-end customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of luxury beauty brands and high-end skincare/makeup products.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet retail needs.
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
