- Provide personalized product consultations and skincare advice to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the pristine presentation of the retail floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to educate customers.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
