Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to customers.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, new product launches, and skincare technology.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and product rotation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, or beauty consulting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and a strong passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet shift requirements.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory and sales reporting.
