Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients
- Drive sales through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand presentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous training
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in beauty, fitness, or makeup industries
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record in retail or beauty sector
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
