Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty and skincare consultations to customers based on their unique needs.
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage daily retail operations and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on brand benefits.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
- Mentor junior staff and maintain a high-energy, professional shop environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in beauty retail or a similar sales-driven environment.
- Strong passion for the beauty and skincare industry with a desire to keep up with trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
