Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers to meet their specific needs.
- Actively demonstrate product application and share expert tips to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including product displays and inventory organization.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat visits.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Well-groomed appearance with a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of explaining complex product benefits simply.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
