- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or beauty advisory role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
