Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional consultations to clients to determine their specific skin and beauty needs.
- Recommend appropriate beauty treatments and high-quality aesthetic products tailored to individual client profiles.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry trends and Euromedica service offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
- Ensure the display area and retail space remain clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or in a retail sales role within the beauty/skincare industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with beauty treatments or aesthetic procedures is considered a significant advantage.
