Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers.
- Train, coach, and motivate the beauty advisor team to deliver top-notch service and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock availability, and ensure accurate visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the regional management to align store activities with company objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct daily briefings to discuss sales targets, product knowledge, and operational updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends, and customer service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and possess a professional appearance.
