MY Fimedia Network Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beauty Advisor Team Leader to join our team in the Jabodetabek area. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between management and our front-line staff, ensuring that our brand standards are not only met but exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail operations, a sharp eye for performance metrics, and the ability to motivate a diverse team of beauty consultants. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence across multiple locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and lead a team of Beauty Advisors across designated areas in Jabodetabek.
- Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and sales targets, providing actionable feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure visual merchandising standards and product availability are maintained.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance the consultative selling skills of the team.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and payroll reporting for the assigned beauty consultant team.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide insights to upper management for business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams of 5 or more individuals.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) for performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Jabodetabek area.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
