- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Actively promote The Body Shop's ethical values, including cruelty-free and community trade initiatives
- Maintain store presentation standards including visual merchandising and hygiene protocols
- Process transactions accurately while upselling relevant products and loyalty programs
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Participate in team training sessions to deepen product knowledge and brand values
- Assist with promotional campaigns and in-store events to drive customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty retail experience preferred
- Passion for ethical beauty and sustainability practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Positive attitude with commitment to team collaboration
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle store merchandise
