You will interact daily with VIP and high-profile clients, offering personalized beauty consultations, demonstrating cutting-edge products, and sharing expert insights to create a premium shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent and promote an esteemed portfolio of international beauty brands to VIP and high-profile clients.
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations, including detailed skincare analysis, makeup application, and fragrance profiling.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage techniques to educate customers and drive sales.
- Stay meticulously updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and foster brand advocacy.
- Maintain a visually stunning, organized, and hygienic workspace in strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support the execution of in-store events, product launches, and masterclasses.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of solid experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, luxury goods, or premium service sectors.
- Intrinsic passion and strong technical knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Proven track record in building rapport with high-profile clients and delivering a 5-star luxury service experience.
- Highly goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City on a full-time basis, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Graduate of any 4-year course; relevant vocational training or certification in beauty therapy is a strong plus.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
