Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Perform professional makeup demonstrations and skincare applications
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain attractive product displays and store merchandising standards
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Conduct product knowledge training for new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Participate in seasonal promotions and brand events
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1+ years in retail or beauty sales
- Professional certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record
- Proficiency in beauty product knowledge and trends
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
