Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions
- Provide expert advice on skincare products, treatments, and procedures to achieve optimal results
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting clinic services and retail products
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous training
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery
- Participate in marketing activities and events to promote the clinic's services and brand
Kualifikasi
- Certification in CIDESCO or equivalent aesthetic/beauty qualification
- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar role within the aesthetic or beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong sales ability and experience in achieving targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Certification in aesthetic treatments is an added advantage
