Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting clinic services and product packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups and aftercare
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advanced skincare techniques
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction
- Manage client records, appointment scheduling, and sales documentation
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty/cosmetology certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in beauty retail or skincare consultation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and beauty industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional appearance with strong grooming standards
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English fluency is advantageous
