Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to recommend tailored beauty treatments and products
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and treatment methodologies
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure cohesive client care experiences
- Manage inventory, display merchandising, and clinic presentation standards
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, beauty retail, or aesthetic services
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Professional appearance and deep understanding of beauty treatments and products
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
