Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by effectively communicating product benefits and utilizing upselling techniques.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including product merchandising, cleanliness, and visual aesthetics according to company SOPs.
- Provide a high-touch, personalized shopping experience to every visitor.
- Manage stock levels and participate in regular inventory checks.
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty advisory, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Possess a well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts.
- Deep interest in beauty trends, cosmetics, and skincare products.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
