In this role, you will provide personalized consultations, maintain our store’s aesthetic appeal, and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage customers to introduce beauty products and current promotions.
- Provide expert product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and skin types.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while following company SOPs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and display updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Attend regular product training sessions to stay updated on new arrivals and beauty trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty advisory, or customer service is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance with a friendly, outgoing, and communicative personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong commitment to maintaining store SOPs and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
