Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging provided leads and building a loyal customer base
- Utilize Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Assist with store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is highly preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Passion for beauty products and a strong interest in the cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
