Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and mentor a team of SPG beauty representatives
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns for beauty products
- Monitor team performance and sales targets achievement
- Conduct product knowledge training and sales technique workshops
- Coordinate with retail partners for optimal product placement
- Implement visual merchandising standards in display areas
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory/leadership roles
- Beauty industry or retail sales background preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and reporting capabilities
- Goal-oriented with proven sales track record
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
