Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of professional beauty treatments, including advanced facials, body massages, and waxing services.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to analyze skin types, discuss concerns, and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic treatment room, ensuring all equipment and linens are sanitized and organized.
- Upsell retail skincare products and wellness packages to enhance the client's experience and meet sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of client preferences, allergies, and treatment history for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and health standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is essential.
- Valid Malaysian Beauty Therapist license or certification is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a spa, salon, or wellness center is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, skincare ingredients, and various chemical peel techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual treatments effectively.
