Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, massages, body wraps, and waxing services
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Ensure treatment rooms are sanitized, organized, and fully stocked with products
- Upsell premium beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories
- Stay updated on industry trends and new beauty techniques through training
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy/Esthetics from accredited institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical or spa setting
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology and advanced skincare treatments
- Valid professional license to practice beauty therapy in Malaysia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform detailed skin analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in using beauty equipment and premium product lines
