- Proactively promote and sample beer products to customers in designated venues.
- Engage with guests to create a positive, high-energy brand experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Execute brand activations and marketing campaigns effectively.
- Ensure all promotional materials and sampling stations are clean and well-stocked.
- Collect customer feedback and report performance metrics to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue staff and management.
Kualifikasi
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (legal age for handling alcohol).
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or promotions is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
