Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently manage guest luggage and transportation services
- Provide warm, professional welcome assistance to arriving guests
- Assist with room deliveries and in-resort transportation needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and baggage areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries
- Assist with event setup and venue preparation as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to lift luggage (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options in Bali
- Proven problem-solving abilities with guest service scenarios
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent time management
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
