Tanggung Jawab
- Transport guests and luggage between hotel facilities and transportation hubs
- Operate hotel shuttle services safely and punctually
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out support
- Provide attentive service in food & beverage areas as an attendant
- Process cash transactions and manage cashier duties accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and service areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to handle cash transactions and basic POS systems
- Physical stamina to lift luggage and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
