Our prestigious property is seeking a polished, courteous, and dedicated Bellman to become the welcoming face of our hotel and a vital part of our guest services team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, your role is critical in shaping their overall experience. You will be responsible for warmly greeting arrivals, efficiently handling luggage, escorting guests to their accommodations, and providing insightful information about our facilities and the vibrant local area. - Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with vehicle doors and luggage retrieval from cars, taxis, and buses.
- Escort guests to their assigned rooms, explaining key features of the room and hotel facilities including dining options, pool, gym, and business center.
- Handle, tag, and deliver guest luggage, packages, and messages efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate transportation services, including taxis, ride-sharing services, and hotel shuttle arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the hotel lobby, entrance, and bell station.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations regarding local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Bacoor and Cavite.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Bellman, Porter, Doorman, or in a front-of-house guest-facing role within a hotel setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of Filipino is a plus).
- Professional grooming and a neat, polished appearance.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and personal responsibility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
- Must be a resident of Bacoor City, Cavite, or be willing to reliably commute to or relocate to the area.
