Representing a leading establishment in the Hospitality & Tourism sector (Private Advertiser), you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and flawless service from the moment they arrive. Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel group ideally located in Singapore, is renowned for its impeccable service and commitment to excellence.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of guest services duties. You will escort guests to their rooms and handle their luggage with the utmost care, while providing valuable information about the hotel's luxurious amenities and the best experiences Singapore has to offer. As an ambassador of our brand, you will collaborate closely with the Concierge, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to orchestrate a flawless guest journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm, sincere, and personalized welcome to all guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.
- Safely and efficiently handle, tag, and transport guest luggage, packages, and equipment to guest rooms or storage areas.
- Escort guests to their designated rooms, thoroughly explaining all in-room amenities, hotel facilities, safety features, and service offerings.
- Maintain a constant presence in the lobby and driveway area, proactively opening doors, hailing taxis, and assisting with traffic flow.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Singapore's local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with the Concierge and Front Desk teams to fulfill guest requests, such as restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and event tickets.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entrance, cloakroom, and luggage storage areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bellman, Porter, Doorman, or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Impeccable grooming, poise, and a professional demeanor reflecting the standards of a luxury brand.
- High level of physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting and carrying heavy luggage (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's geography, landmarks, and tourism sites.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or relevant certification in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
