As a key ambassador of Sands of Triboa Resorts and Spa, you'll provide detailed information about our facilities, dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions, ensuring guests maximize their stay. - Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure
- Safely transport luggage to guest rooms using trolleys or carts
- Escort guests to their rooms while providing information about resort amenities
- Offer detailed guidance on hotel services, dining options, and recreational activities
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, transportation, and points of interest
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entrance areas at all times
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Assist with valet parking and other guest transportation needs as required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Physical ability to handle luggage weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and cultural points of interest
- Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining high grooming standards
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- Basic computer literacy for guest information systems and communication tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if driving responsibilities required)
