Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon their arrival at Changi Airport.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and coordination of airport transfers or shuttle services.
- Act as a key brand ambassador, providing information about Marina Bay Sands and Singapore tourism.
- Coordinate closely with the hotel’s transport team and concierge desk to ensure seamless guest arrival transitions.
- Proactively identify and assist VIP guests and special assistance travelers.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and adhere to the highest standards of grooming.
- Handle guest inquiries with tact, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications, or equivalent professional certification in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in a high-end hotel, airline, or premium guest services role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves standing and handling luggage for extended periods.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a bustling airport setting.
